Every photographer dreams of building meaningful relationships with their clients, and for me, the Simonson Family is a perfect example of why I love what I do. Capturing their lives and milestones for YEARS has been such a privilege. Their most recent Texas family session at City Place in The Woodlands, was yet another treasure to add to the collection.

Faithful, returning clients like the Simonsons make this career so rewarding. They are a shining example of why it’s so important to find a photographer you trust—someone who will not only capture your memories beautifully but also tell your story through each season of life effortlessly. To be hired not just once but time and time again is the greatest honor, and it’s families like this that make it all so worthwhile.

This sweet family of five has grown so much since I first photographed them. It has been incredible to see their three girls blossom into beautiful young women. The bond they share as sisters and as a family is so special, and I loved capturing their laughter, smiles, and connection during this session. Each photograph serves as a reminder of the love they have for one another and the legacy they are creating together.

City Place in Spring, Texas, was the perfect location for this memorable family session. It was my first time shooting at this stunning location, and I’m already looking forward to the chance to photograph there again! The combination of the beautiful scenery and amazing clients made this session truly magical.

Hosting mini sessions in the Houston area each year is something I look forward to. This is mostly because of all of the lovely returning clients who trust me to capture their legacies time and time again.
