Olivia and Zach’s Texas summer engagement session at Deep In The Heart Farms was nothing short of delightful. This stunning property in Brenham, Texas provided the perfect backdrop for their romantic engagement photos. Deep in the Heart Farms is an expansive wedding venue with lush grounds, a beautiful chapel, and a grand reception space. Photographing Olivia and Zach here was especially meaningful knowing this is where they will say “I do.”
I always love photographing engagement sessions on the property where my clients will get married. It allows me to familiarize myself with the surroundings, the different lighting, and all the hidden corners before the wedding day. Needless to say, I took full advantage of the property while we were in here in preparation for their amazing wedding day!
Texas Summer Engagement at Deep In The Heart Farms
Not only did we get the perfect Texas sunset, and soft golden hour light, but there were major Pride and Prejudice vibes out in the field! Zach and Olivia twirled, giggled and spun around in the romantic evening light, and held one another close. Their chemistry is effortless, and their joy contagious.
Their love story began at work. Zach was the new guy, and what started as a fast friendship quickly turned into something more. Not long after their first date, their story continued to grow, leading to a sweet proposal in Houston, Texas in the spring of 2025.
As a Houston Texas photographer, it was such a joy to capture this exciting season in their lives. I can happily confirm that after photographing their wedding day back at their engagement session location, Deep In The Heart Farms, that every beautiful moment during this engagement session was just a glimpse of what was to come. Their gorgeous, December 2025 wedding was one for the books and truly worth the wait.
