Colorado Wedding at Beyul Retreat

Nicole and Eddie’s Aspen, Colorado wedding at Beyul Retreat is the kind of celebration that stays with you long after it ends. Their destination wedding weekend in Aspen at Beyul Retreat, suitably named Camp Williams, was an intentional, joy-filled gathering rooted in nature, wellness, and deep connection. As a Colorado wedding photographer, it was an honor to document a weekend that felt as restorative as it was celebratory.

Their story began in 2018 at a music festival in Okeechobee, Florida. Years later, they couple stayed at Beyul Retreat. Nicole and Eddie knew they’d found the place where they felt most at peace. It was only right that they returned to host their wedding weekend where tranquility comes naturally.

Vibrant, Fall Wedding Weekend in Aspen

The weekend unfolded with an intimate guest list of their closest friends and family surrounding them with the most deep love and affection. Their stunning fall wedding day was planned with thoughtful precision by Misty of Blissful Moment Events, who is an incredible Aspen, CO wedding planner. She picked many of the talented vendors who came together to create this gorgeous wedding day. The design blended western-chic flare with elegant details. Everything flowed seamlessly and felt purposeful, from the earthy palette to the relaxed luxury that invited guests to settle in and savor each moment.

The wedding welcome party set the tone beneath a starry Colorado sky, where guests sipped drinks and enjoyed food, laughter, and stories around the fire. The next day, Nicole along with a few guests practiced some restorative yoga before beginning her wedding day prep. Once ready, she shared a touching first look with her father, which was followed by a memorable first look with Eddie. The golden yellow leaves decorated the landscape providing the most stunning and vibrant scenery for their wedding portraits.

The ceremony took place beneath a canopy of golden aspens and was made profoundly personal by Eddie’s mother officiating. There wasn’t a dry eye in attendance as the couple exchanged their vows amid rustling leaves and mountain air.

The reception was lively as guests danced, ate, and celebrated all evening. The couple also had a fun photo booth RV, custom tattoos by Mercedes, and shots served from a snow ski, all of which added unforgettable memories for guests. After kicking up their boots, eating gourmet meals, saunas and cold plunges, everyone left feeling refreshed and elated!
