Meredith and Jacob had an absolutely beautiful wedding day! I still love to travel down to Texas to serve many sweet clients. It always makes me giddy when I get the opportunity to not only capture these love stories, but to travel to my hometown of Houston, Texas. It’s truly such a blessing to capture you wherever God has you in life. Meredith and Jacob’s winter Texas wedding was a dream!
Their wedding took place at the beautiful Magnolia Bells Venue. I adored the wonderful vendor team I had the pleasure to work with at this wedding. From the amazing planning to the clean, white florals, they helped this day run incredibly smooth. We allowed each other to shine where we were planted that day and everyone went above and beyond for this couple resulting in a truly magical day.
Winter Texas Wedding at Magnolia Bells
I absolutely loved the light blue tones of the bridesmaids dresses. Their classic, white florals were the perfect compliment to their attire. The mens suits were tailored to perfection and the bridal details blew me away while I was taking them. The first touch was so sentimental, which was just a prelude to the memorable and emotional ceremony that took place at the venue’s timeless chapel. From the hymn they sang before exchanging vows, to taking communion, The Holy Spirit was so present on this beautiful day.
I absolutely adored both sides of the family on this wedding day as I love to interact with more than just the bride and groom and bridal party. It’s a celebration of two families coming together after all! Their reception was a PARTYYY. The DJ killed it and even joined the couple in the mosh pit at one point! Meredith changed into a beautiful reception gown and pearl bedecked sneakers, perfect for a bride! Their send off was dazzling with sparklers lighting up the night on the chilly January evening, but we were all very warm in our hearts!
Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Splawn! May God bless you for years to come and give you much joy and empowerment from His Holy Word.
